Masashi AI Office is a private, owner-operated project-administration system and is not offered as a public software service.

1. Purpose

The system is used to assist its owner with organizing project communications, evidence, tasks, schedules, decisions, risks, and related administrative work.

2. Authorized access

Connections to third-party services, including Google services, may be used only with authorization from the relevant account holder and only for the functionality described on this site and in the Privacy Policy.

3. No autonomous external commitments

The system may assist with analysis and preparation of project information, but material external commitments and protected decisions remain subject to human review and authorization.

4. Availability and changes

The owner may modify, suspend, or discontinue the system or its integrations at any time. These terms may be updated as the system evolves.

5. Privacy
